Absolute Security Guarantee: We do NOT ask for, collect, or store your Instagram password. We only require your public Instagram username to facilitate the follow exchange.

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on FollowXchange, as well as data automatically collected when you interact with our platform.

A. Personal Information

  • Account Data: Email address, Display Name.
  • Platform Data: Your public Instagram Username.

B. Usage Data & Platform Activity

  • Pages visited and actions taken on the website.
  • Advertisements watched and completed.
  • Points earned, spent, and overall transaction history.
  • Follow exchange orders placed and proofs submitted.

C. Device & Technical Information

Through our infrastructure provider (Firebase), we automatically collect:

  • Your IP address.
  • Browser type and version.
  • Device type and operating system.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following strictly operational purposes:

  • To Provide Services: To facilitate the follow exchange ecosystem, track your points balance, and verify follow proofs.
  • To Display Advertisements: To serve targeted ads through our partner networks (Adsterra and Monetag), which allows us to reward you with points.
  • To Prevent Fraud: To identify fake accounts, bot activity, and ensure users are genuinely interacting with ads and Instagram accounts.
  • To Communicate: To send service notifications, order completion alerts, and platform updates.
  • To Improve the Platform: To analyze user behavior and optimize website performance and loading speeds.

3. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal email or identity to third parties for marketing purposes.

We only share your information in the following specific scenarios:

  • With Service Providers: We use Google Firebase to host our database and manage secure authentication.
  • With Ad Networks: We integrate with Adsterra and Monetag. These networks may collect anonymous usage data (like IP and device data) to serve relevant ads.
  • With the Community: Your public Instagram username is visible to other registered FollowXchange users when you place a "Get Followers" order so they can fulfill the task.
  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, to comply with Indian law enforcement requests, or to protect the rights and safety of our platform.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Firebase servers (Google Cloud), which employ industry-leading security measures.

  • All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/SSL.
  • We do not store your FollowXchange passwords in plain text. They are securely hashed and managed directly by Firebase Authentication.
  • We restrict database access using strict Firestore Security Rules, ensuring users can only edit their own authorized data.

  • Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data. You can initiate this directly from the "Danger Zone" in your Profile settings.

7. Children's Privacy

FollowXchange is not intended for or directed at children. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete their account and data.

Our platform contains links to third-party websites, primarily Instagram, as well as advertisements linking to external sites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the privacy policy of every site you visit.
