Refund Policy

Thank you for using FollowXchange. We operate a manual payment verification system where users purchase points via Telegram (using UPI or Bank Transfer). To ensure fairness for both our platform and our community, we have established the following clear and fair refund guidelines.

1 General Refund Policy

FollowXchange Points are a digital, virtual currency used exclusively within our platform. Because these digital goods are delivered directly to your account upon admin confirmation, purchased points are generally non-refundable once they have been added to your FollowXchange wallet.

2 When a Refund IS Available

We will gladly issue a full or partial cash refund to your original payment method under the following specific conditions:
  • Points Not Credited: You made a valid payment via UPI/Bank Transfer, provided the correct transaction reference, but the points were not added to your account within 24 hours.
  • Accidental Double Payment: A technical error or banking glitch caused you to accidentally pay twice for the same point package. We will refund the duplicate transaction amount.
  • Platform Closure: In the highly unlikely event that FollowXchange completely shuts down permanently, we will refund the value of any unused, purchased points remaining in your wallet.

3 When a Refund is NOT Available

We cannot issue cash refunds in the following scenarios to prevent abuse of the system:
  • Points Already Used: You cannot receive a refund if you have already spent the purchased points to place follow orders on the platform.
  • Change of Mind: You successfully received the points in your wallet but changed your mind about using the platform.
  • Account Ban: Your account was suspended or permanently banned due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., using fake accounts, submitting fraudulent proofs).
  • Unused After 30 Days: You purchased points but did not use them for more than 30 consecutive days.
  • Follower Drops: If you receive fewer followers than expected over time, or if Instagram removes followers, we do not issue cash refunds. (However, see Section 4 regarding Points Adjustments).

4 Follow Order Issues (Points Refund)

IMPORTANT DISTINCTION: If an issue occurs with your follow order, we issue Points Refunds directly back to your FollowXchange wallet, NOT cash refunds to your bank.
  • Order Not Completed: If your follow order is not fulfilled within the promised time frame by the community, the unspent points for that order will be fully refunded to your wallet.
  • Partial Completion: If you ordered 100 followers but only received 50 before the order expired or was cancelled, a proportional amount of points (for the undelivered 50 followers) will be refunded to your FollowXchange wallet.

5 How to Request a Refund

If your situation meets the criteria for a cash refund (as outlined in Section 2), you must initiate a refund request manually.

  1. Contact our support team directly via Telegram: @[YOUR_TELEGRAM].
  2. You must contact us within 24 hours of the issue occurring.
  3. Provide the following details in your message:
    • Your FollowXchange Username / Registered Email
    • The exact payment amount (in INR)
    • Date and Time of the transaction
    • The UPI Reference ID or Bank Transaction ID
  4. Our administrative team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours.

6 Refund Processing Times

  • Cash Refunds: If approved, a cash refund will be sent back to the exact same UPI ID or Bank Account used to make the original payment. Depending on your bank, this process takes 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Points Refunds: If an order is cancelled or adjusted, points are refunded to your FollowXchange wallet instantly upon admin action or system cancellation.

7 Disputes & Chargebacks

We aim to resolve all issues fairly and amicably. We kindly ask that you contact us directly via Telegram before raising a dispute with your bank or UPI provider. Filing fraudulent chargebacks after utilizing points is considered theft. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute, your FollowXchange account will be permanently banned immediately, and we may block your associated IP address and Instagram username from our network.
