Welcome to FollowXchange. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the followxchange.netlify.app website and our social media exchange services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these rules. Please read them carefully.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account on FollowXchange, you expressly agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via platform notices or email. Your continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 User Account Rules

  • One Account Policy: You are permitted to create and use only ONE (1) account per person. Creating duplicate or burner accounts will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate and current information, especially regarding your Instagram username.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules or engages in suspicious activity.

3 Points System Rules

Important: Points have ZERO monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or exchanged for real-world currency under any circumstances.
  • Points can only be used within the FollowXchange platform to place follow orders.
  • Points earned from watching ads are strictly non-transferable to other users.
  • Purchased points are non-refundable after they have been used to place an order.
  • We reserve the right to adjust point values, ad reward rates, and order costs at any time to balance the platform economy.
  • Points expire after 12 months of continuous account inactivity.

4 Follow Exchange Rules

The core of FollowXchange relies on the integrity of our community. When you participate in the exchange:

  • Genuine Actions: Users must genuinely follow the Instagram accounts they agree to follow on our platform.
  • No Fake Proofs: Submitting fake, reused, or manipulated proof screenshots is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.
  • 7-Day Retention Rule: Unfollowing a user within 7 days after receiving points for that follow voids the transaction. We regularly audit follow relationships.
  • No Guarantees: While we enforce community rules, we do not guarantee specific follower numbers, speed of delivery, or that every follower will engage with your content. Followers come from real community members, not automated bots.

5 Advertisement Watching Rules

To keep the platform free, users can earn points by viewing sponsored content:

  • Users must genuinely watch ads for their full required duration.
  • VPNs and Proxies: The use of VPNs, proxy servers, or ad-blockers to manipulate ad views or bypass regional restrictions is strictly prohibited.
  • Daily Limits: There is a maximum limit of 50 ads per day per account to ensure fair distribution.
  • Ad earnings may fluctuate daily based on advertiser rates and inventory.

6 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly forbidden from engaging in the following activities:

  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse the welcome bonus or referral systems.
  • Using bots, macros, scripts, or automation tools to watch ads or perform follows.
  • Submitting fraudulent follow proofs.
  • Attempting to hack, bypass, or manipulate the Firebase points system.
  • Harassing, threatening, or scamming other community members.
  • Using the platform to promote illegal activities, adult content, or hate speech.
  • Sharing account credentials with third parties.

7 Payment and Refund Terms

For users who wish to bypass ads, we offer point packages for purchase.

  • Points can be purchased via manual payment requests handled through our official Telegram support.
  • All transactions and pricing are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Non-Refundable: Purchased points are non-refundable once they have been successfully credited to your account.
  • In the rare event of a technical error resulting in incorrect points being credited, please contact support and we will manually correct the balance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse point sales or services to anyone at our sole discretion.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The FollowXchange service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. We do not guarantee specific follower growth results. Instagram follower counts may fluctuate due to Instagram's own internal algorithms, purges, and security actions, over which we have no control.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FollowXchange shall not be liable for:

  • Any actions taken by Instagram against your account (including bans, shadow-bans, or restrictions).
  • Lost followers due to Instagram algorithm changes or users breaking the 7-day rule.
  • Content provided by third-party advertisement networks.

In no event shall our total maximum aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the last 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Intellectual Property

The FollowXchange name, logos, website design, UI/UX, and proprietary codebase are the exclusive property of FollowXchange. Users cannot copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce our platform design. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to display your public Instagram username on our platform solely for the purpose of fulfilling follow exchange orders.

11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the FollowXchange platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Odisha, India. Before pursuing legal action, users agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably by contacting our support team first.

12 Account Termination

You may request to delete your account and all associated data at any time via your Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice or liability for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, any unused points (whether earned or purchased) are immediately forfeited without compensation.
